Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the NZ Pro Photography website and client area. By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

1. Bookings

Prices and packages on this website are for information and can change. A booking is confirmed only when we both agree on the details and the deposit is received. The details of your booking (date, coverage, delivery time, payments, cancellations) are set out in your booking agreement, which takes priority over this website.

2. Client accounts

• Give correct information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Accounts are activated with a code sent to your email. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend an account that is misused.

3. Payments

We accept Zelle, cash in person and checks. When you report a payment in your account it shows as "Waiting for confirmation" until we have received and confirmed it. A payment only counts once it is confirmed. We never ask for card or bank account numbers on this website.

4. Your photos and videos

Your private gallery opens once your balance is paid, or earlier if we agree. Keep your gallery link private. NZ Pro Photography keeps the copyright in all photos and videos. You receive a personal license to download, print and share them for personal use (for example with family and on social media, with credit appreciated). Commercial use or selling them requires our written permission. We may use a selection of images in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

5. Website content

All photos, videos, text and design on this website belong to NZ Pro Photography or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without permission.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to break into accounts or the website, interfere with how it works, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

7. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by using the website, temporary downtime, or links to other websites.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
